What data we process and why
Account: name, email and company, to give you access and provide the service (performance of the contract). Billing: subscription data and invoices, to charge and meet tax obligations (legal obligation); card data is processed by Stripe. Your automations’ data: whatever your systems send to Engrana; your company is the controller and we act as processor (art. 28 GDPR).
Contact
Name, email, company, phone and message you send through the form, to reply to you (consent). They are stored in the Simvix group’s sales management system, in the European Union, and you can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
Where and for how long
On servers in the European Union, while the account is active and afterwards for the period required by law.
Providers
Railway (hosting, EU region), Stripe (payments) and SendGrid (transactional email).
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to the contact email. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
