The service

Simvix Engrana lets you create and run process automations. It is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription, per user, according to the plan chosen on the pricing page.

Trial, payment and cancellation

The first 14 days are a free trial. Payment is made in advance with Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used to send unsolicited commercial messages, process data without a legal basis or attack third-party systems.

Liability

We provide the service with professional diligence. Every run is logged so you can check what each automation did.

Law and jurisdiction

Spanish law. Courts of Madrid, unless the law sets another venue.
